Title: Patterns in library author fees

Short description of idea: The danish library charge (biblioteksafgift) is distributed based on how many books are present in danish libraries instead of how many books are checked out. I try to find a pattern in how it is distributed based on the usage.

Dataset/method used: Comparing the library usage statistics with the list of reciepients and creating a list of cost per usage.
